Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

U.S. state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (in some states phrased as sale, targeted advertising, or profiling). Because BorrowForward may be compensated when we connect you with partners, and because we use advertising and analytics technologies, some of our data practices constitute a sale or sharing. This page explains how to opt out.
How to opt out
- Submit a request: /privacy-request or email contact@borrowforward.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."
- Browser signal: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid opt-out for the browser and device on which it is enabled.
We process opt-out requests within 15 business days. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the basic Service, though it may limit our ability to match your request with partners. Note that a disclosure you specifically requested (such as an initial match you asked us to make) may already have occurred at the time of your request.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority and, for some requests, your identity.
